Those pipes were a customization option in Need for Speed Undercover. I haven't found a car there that it looks right on.

I figured that based on the pdx in your screen name haha. The plate was what I was referencing to. I live in Bellingham and my dad lives in Longview, I'm down yonder pretty often. had never see a WA plate on Oppo of Jalop for any reason. Small victory, I know ;)
